At Alba North, we are committed to delivering high-quality outdoor gear designed for your adventures. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

 

Pre-Order Shipping

  • All of our products are currently offered on a pre-order basis.
  • Orders typically ship within 6 weeks (approximately 1.5 months) from the date of purchase.
  • This extended timeline allows us to ensure the best possible quality in production while reducing unnecessary waste.

 

Delivery Estimates

 

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Delivery times vary depending on your location:
    • UK & Europe: 3–7 business days after dispatch
    • International: 7–14 business days after dispatch

 

Shipping Costs

 

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
  • Free shipping may be offered during select promotions or for orders over a set value (see checkout for details).

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Changes or cancellations can only be made within 48 hours of purchase.
  • After this window, your order is already in production and cannot be altered.
